CoreGuard offers a vast range of deductibles and higher cost-sharing helps lower your monthly premiums. Prescription drug coverage is included, with varying levels of copay or coinsurance depending on the particular drug. Maternity benefits are not included with this plan. CoreGuard offers up to $4 million per member in lifetime benefits.
