These are great family plans packed with benefits, including low copays for doctor visits, and comprehensive prescription drug coverage. Premier offers a wide range of deductible/monthly premium combinations. And routine preventive benefits you receive from network providers are not subject to your plan’s deductible after you've been on the plan for six months.

These are most comprehensive PPO plans with rich benefits and a choice of three deductibles. Ideal for families with young children, these plans feature immediate benefits (deductible waived) for doctor’s office visits, an annual physical exam and preventive care. One of lowest priced plans that offers solid protection to cover the essentials and offers a choice of four deductibles. Your first three doctor office visits are covered before your deductible and you have a choice of two prescription drug coverage options. If you don’t need maternity coverage, this plan could be ideal for your needs.

With no medical deductible, this simple plan features a $40 copay for in-network doctor visits. And this plan offers you a choice of three prescription drug coverage options.
