Healthy Families Program

The Healthy Families Program (HFP) provides low cost health, dental and vision coverage to uninsured children in low wage families. HFP members can choose between several health plans including Anthem Blue Cross to administer services.
Anthem Blue Cross has participated in the HFP network of plans since 1998. Children from low income families may qualify for the HFP. These families earn too much to qualify for no-cost- Medi-Cal. Anthem Blue Cross proudly offers no deductibles, small copayments for specific services and a vast network of providers to serve California children.
